Desafíos en la garantía del derecho a la alimentación en la erradicación de cultivos de uso ilícito en el Bagre, Antioquia

Abstract

The objective of this document is to analyze the guarantee of the right to food and food security in the implementation of the Peace Agreement between the FARC-EP and the Colombian Government in contexts of eradication of crops for illicit use in the Municipality of El Bagre - Antioquia in the period 2016-2022. This research is of a socio-legal type and the methodological design was based on a qualitative approach of a descriptive type of the information collected. For the development of this research, it was necessary to execute the technique of a documentary exploration of the Peace Agreement between the FARC-EP and the national executive, where the sources were found in electronic libraries such as Scielo, Dialnet, Redalyc, and among others. The research focuses on El Bagre - Antioquia, which is a municipality located in the lower Cauca area of Antioquia. It is concluded that the municipality of El Bagre - Antioquia in the period 2016 to 2022 has been affected by the procedures for the eradication of crops for illicit use carried out by the executive, causing serious damage and damage to the right to food and security. food, thus violating specific points of the Peace Agreement between the FARC-EP and the Colombian State.
