Resumen

The present research work entitled The principle of procedural morality, an analysis from the powers of instruction in relation to the proof of office, which is part of the institutional project "powers of instruction of the judge in relation to proof in due process comparative perspective between Colombia and Argentina), "develops such important themes as morality and its relationship with law, analyzing the principle of procedural morality from legal principialism, as the principle of good faith, as a limit to the powers of instruction of the judge in relation to the ex officio evidence in due process, from this development the implications in procedural law are analyzed, from the perspective of the principle of procedural morality as a limit to the powers of instruction of the judge in relation to the ex officio evidence , in due process, its constitutional and legal limitations to the informal power of evidence and instruction of the judge, and the mechanisms of control to such power-duty.
