El presente artículo trata de ofrecer una visión global sobre el derecho a una vivienda digna reconocido en el ordenamiento jurídico español. Para ello se analizará no solo dónde se regula el mencionado derecho, sino también quiénes pueden ser sujetos del mismo, qué límites presenta, con qué mecanismos de protección cuenta y qué peculiaridades presenta en el nivel competencial.
This article intends to offer a global vision of the right to a dignifiedhomestead recognized in the Spanish legal system.
