Propuesta de términos de referencia para la gestión ambiental en el desarrollo de planes parciales en el municipio de Medellín, Antioquia.

Abstract

In this monograph of degree, a study of some partial plans approved by the mayorship of the city of Medellín for the development ordered and harmonic of some polygons of the municipality was made, in which the referring aspects to the components were analyzed environmental biótico, abiótico and antrópico, as well as the treatment proposed for each one of them, identifying the general strengths and weaknesses that appear in the projects of partial plans soon one evaluated within the framework legal existing in the Republic of Colombia for the Environmental handling and the most excellent development of the territory, aspects to consider for the studies of environmental impact and the plans of handling of such, with the purpose of obtaining the minimums necessary to consider in the proposals development. Finally, it was come to elaborate a proposal of reference terms to implement itself in the formulation of future partial plans in the city of Medellín, with the purpose of having a guide or map course to guarantee the evaluation of all the aspects necessary to value existing environment, the impacts to generate and to establish a suitable plan of environmental handling in the future development of the City of Medellín suitably.
