Resumen
With the present investigation we tried to explain how the implementation of the chair of peace, through the development of playful and socio affective strategies, made possible the creation of a harmonious school environment, facilitating the appropriation of the chair of peace in the students of the 9th grade of the Educational Institution Luis Lozano Scipion of the Municipality of Condoto. This research was framed in the Pedagogical Action Research approach, the sample was constituted by 20 students of grade 9, which are between 14 and 15 years old, the appropriation of concepts referred to the chair in question, was developed by means of a didactic strategy that privileged its approach through three stages: a first of recognition or diagnosis, a second stage of execution of the proposal where workshops were held for an hour and a half, and a third phase of evaluation where the Pre-test and Post-test results, allowing to affirm that the development of the didactic strategy had a significant impact on aspects such as: a) creation of compositions where the importance and necessity of dialogue as the conflict mediating tool is evident, b ) respect for the opinions of others, as well as the importance of good treatment between colleagues to improve the environment and scholar; and c) peace is a value that allows one to work in a meaningful way through the chair of peace.
