CI Banafrut is an international marketer of bananas and bananas, located in the subregion of the Urabá Antioqueño and the largest producer of Fairtrade worldwide, the certification refers to a worldwide trade approach that allows consumers to buy products that were produced under fair working conditions regulated by the Fairtrade International organization, these rules ignore some administrative principles that put this type of organizations at risk, which encounter a series of inconsistencies in the business operation. The objective of this research is to design strategies that can be implemented in CI Banafrut, to improve the organizational climate and adapt it to the use of certification. For the design of this model the deductive research method will be used, with a qualitative approach. The analysis in question yields results focused on improving the organizational climate, the operational and administrative efficiency of certified companies.
