Gestión humana: actualidad y futuro en la Red de Escuelas de Música de Medellín

Abstract

Human Resource Management is a subject as deep and complex as its object of study, which is nothing but human kind. That´s why it is so attractive but challenging, trying to implement its processes and/or programs in any company or organization which wants to step ahead of their competitors or simply fulfill the objective of the Human Resource Management that deals with the use of skills at all levels, human beings have, and work areas for improvement for each one of them, placing them in their appropriate places of work according to their skills, giving them the opportunity to strengthen or learn new trades or techniques to improve their performance, objectively assessing their job and making them integral to the company. The world is constantly changing and this demands being at the forefront - or at least lurking - of all the advances that enable our companies to be competitive, productive and innovative, objective achieved by working with and for the people, by our Human Talent. For this reason and in an attempt to further enhance the benefits and advantages of Network Program Music School in Medellin, this project has the mission to make a count of how it looks now and how it could go up another step as a program and as a cultural landmark for the city, the country and the world.
