To what extent can AI identify fraud and corruption in state procurement? This paper aims to answer this question from a rights-based approach. For this purpose, the text is divided into sections that address the relationship between the State, procurement, and disruptive technologies. Subsequently, some AI systems that combat corruption in different countries are compared. Finally, one of the AI systems that Colombia uses to combat corruption in state procurement is studied, and conclusions are drawn. © (2024), Revista de Estudos Constitucionais, Hermeneutica e Teoria do Direito
