La presente investigación se radica en el caso estudio de una guía metodológica para gestión de proyectos teniendo como base el Pmbok aplicado en un proyecto específico de la I.U Pascual Bravo donde se trabajaron energías renovables. A través de una investigación cualitativa se identifica e integra la guía de buenas prácticas para su gestión a través de la triple restricción, se investiga a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas y revisión teórica cómo se gestiona el proyecto y cuáles son los procesos necesarios para el desarrollo de las líneas bases, definiendo un plan de implementación de la guía para la planeación y dirección del proyecto buscando optimizar la asignación y la integración de los recursos necesarios para cumplir las metas definidas.
The present investigation is based on the case study of a methodological guide for project management based on the Pmbok applied in a specific project of the Pascual Bravo University where renewable energies were worked. Through qualitative research, the guide of good practices for its management through the triple restriction is identified and integrated, it is investigated through semistructured interviews and theoretical review of how the project is managed and what are the necessary processes for the development of the baselines, defining an implementation plan of the guide for planning and directing the project, seeking to optimize the allocation and integration of the necessary resources to meet the defined goals.
