Propuesta para el mejoramiento de los procesos productivos de las microempresas dedicadas a la fabricación de muebles en madera para el hogar en la ciudad de Quibdó

Abstract

The proposal for improving the productive process of those micro-enterprise which focus on wooden furniture’s’ manufacturing in order to furniture the houses in Quibdó city, it is based on the necessity of providing elements that anyhow helping to the development of these strategically and economic actors for the local economy; in such a way, that those who are involved in the entire can apply the given steps in the same economy and at the same time they can improve the directive and operational competences that foster the fact of applying that necessary instruments and strategies with the aim of improving the productive process and of course the growth in the captivity and opportunity in the market. The stages which are involved in the proposal of improving the productive process, they turn into a methodological guide that has five (5) basic structures of activities where one of them has to play a great role as linker as it is seen in the drawn one (1). Based on this approach, several criteria which favor the analysis of each process are used, the core problem which has been found, the causes and effects that the target problematic creates into the productive process. All what has been said above, favor the identification of those actions that better and involve not only the aspects related to the micro –enterprise field, but also those entities which develop activities that serve as support for these economic actors, as long as the implementation of the actions that help to undertake both, in isolation and in a collective way. The applied actions in a collective way allow the development of enterprise networks by means of which the productive process will be better organized.
