This monograph shows the importance of the implementation of executive coaching within organizations. This style of leadership creates new opportunities for improvement for each of the employees in the personal, family and social environment, as well as allowing the organization to achieve competitive advantages that enhance productivity. This style of leadership can be implemented in any company, regardless of their legal form, size, or address, to develop not only management and leadership skills, but also to guide managers to ask the right questions to draw their equipment, more suitable ways to reach goals. Coaching as manager of human talent improvement, defines the main letter of a company from the competition and the market around you, because that is where it defines how qualified and how good levels of knowledge held by employees and others involved directly with the company, not to mention the fact of communicating what they learn to obtain profitability, innovation and competitiveness when seeking solutions in a given time. That's why coaching, most appropriately named "executive development", has emerged as one of the fastest growing disciplines and visibility in the training world.
