Resumen
The Human Resources Management System approach, is a topic of discussion since the Management Science Industry model was established. In addition, primitive, complex, and strategic concepts have been deliberated as it applies to organizations. Currently, the development of processes related to Human Resources Management Systems plays a significant role within companies in order to reach their goals. Multiple resources such as research documents, articles, and author s works were used as methodology to complete this project. Such work allowed to identify theoretical references, models, tendencies, approaches, and current Human Resources Management Systems within organizations. That been said, the information consolidated was analyzed and classified implementing five methods: strategic, human resources, management, systems, and proactive. Moreover, the evidence presented in this project shows that implementing Human Resource Management systems is an important, strategic, and essential factor within organizations. Lastly, this analysis is presented as the final graduation project, and it identifies the primary elements to structure an integral human resources management system, for Fundacion Oleoductos de Colombia.
