El derecho internacional humanitario como parámetro de interpretación en el acuerdo final

Abstract

The analysis of the Final Agreement from the IHL is a necessity, for this reason the points that are related to the IHL were studied, with the purpose of establishing which of those norms constitute criteria of interpretation and referents of development and validity of the norms of implementation and development of the same. The research is based on bibliographic exploration. It includes the legal framework that supports the Agreement, considerations on interpretation parameters, constitutional principles and the Agreement that support its incorporation into the legal system, and interpretation criteria that make it meaningful. The result shows that there are points in the Agreement that contain IHL regulations that are mandatory.
