El artículo expone los resultados de investigación sobre el régimen de responsabilidad civil extracontractual aplicable a la gestión de residuos peligrosos en Colombia. El análisis parte de la definición y características de peligrosidad de los residuos y/o desechos, la reglamentación, la doctrina nacional y jurisprudencia de acciones populares en la materia.
The present article explains the results of an investigation about the extracontractual civil liability applied to the management of dangerous wastes in Colombia. The analysis includes with the definition and dangerous characteristics of wastes, the legislation, the national doctrine and jurisprudence of popular actions in this matter.
