Contribución de los procesos de reparación colectiva a la construcción de paz territorial: caso sujeto de reparación colectiva comunidad de Simacota alto (Santander-Colombia)

Abstract

This article presents the case of a community of Simacota Alto (Santander-Colombia), object of the implementation of an administrative program of collective reparation. It deals with a theoretical review of collective reparation, takes a tour of this administrative process in its years of implementation in the community studied, presents a description of the conception of territorial peace that this community has and, finally, analyzes the contributions that the administrative process of collective reparation to the construction of territorial peace, for this community. The text gives an account of the contributions in the field of community rehabilitation and satisfaction measures reached, while attesting to the low impact on restitution measures and guarantees of non-repetition. The article concludes that there is still a debt, on the part of the State Institutions, in the fulfillment of the right to integral reparation and in the contribution to the construction of peace.
