Abstract

The enormous changes that are happening already for some years have been unquestionable, anywhere in the world and that have brought about a radical change in the form to manage the institutions, the clinics do not escape; EPS IPS and all the lending system of services of health. The power of the knowledge, praised by Peter Drucker from mid century XX; it forces to develop efficient and effective systems to us of management of the information, like a fundamental pillar to obtain a good management of the knowledge in our organizations. The Information systems have an enormous importance in the increase of the organizational capacity in front of the change of the surroundings. The will to obtain a useful information system, that it allows to obtain a competitive advantage, implies the possibility of offering manifolds, frequent, opportune and excellent information.
