Abstract

This research seeks to identify whether the workers of the Latin American Insurance Company have protection mechanisms when they are victims of gender-based violence; since it is understood that, between the policies of corporate social responsibility and within the framework of human rights, care must be taken for the life, integrity and well-being of its employees, even in the workplace. Likewise, seek to deepen the responsibility of companies in guaranteeing and respecting human rights.
