Resumen
The main objective of this paper was to identify the real actions of CSR (because of its English initials Corporate Social Responsibility or) in the “Cámara de Comercio de Medellin para Antioquia”, as well as possible areas to be worked and developed on the CSR issue, in order to frame them in a unique CSR policy for the Institution. The importance of this paper lies in the possibility of setting a precedent for all the chamber of commerce of the country, because as these are private entities with public functions, services providers and have a low environmental impact, had no asked themselves about the important role in CSR. This is the opportunity to recognize strengths and weaknesses in CSR, in one of the biggest Chamber of Commerce in the Country. To develop this CSR policy was performed a bibliographic research about the subject that helped as a basis to justify the chosen proposal. Further were studied the strengthened actions in RSE, executed in the “Cámara de Comercio de Medellin”, with the different interest groups including entrepreneurs, employers, employees , control entities and the community. After the analysis of CSR actions and based on the studied theory, it was possible to unify the proposal. For this proposal of CSR this paper was divided into four chapters: Chapter 1: Corporate Social Responsibility Chapter 2: CSR Initiatives Chapter 3: CSR Model Chapter 4: CSR Model for the “Cámara de Comercio de Medellín para Antioquia”
