Sistema de seguimiento y evaluación de proyectos del municipio de Salgar, Antioquia

Abstract

The research explored through different strategies, systems, tools, software and methodologies for monitoring and evaluation of public investment projects, more efficient, agile and effective to design a tool to collect timely and accurate information that do allow control projects and mainly serving to supply the necessary data to take corrective decisions, improvement or re-engineering project. The research results have contributed to the generation of knowledge, experience and above all a clear diagnosis of public investment projects, strengthen conceptualization in each of the subjects evaluated and mainly the impact of these massively in the community. The stage of diagnosis was based on the projects of the Development Plan and the Projects Databank; strategic direction was taken based on the methodologies adopted by national entities such as the National and Departmental Planning Directorate and the Comptroller General of Antioquia and the methodology for monitoring and evaluation, emerged from the experience of the team of the Department of Municipal Planning and needs.
