Resumen

The companies in the world every day should adapt to the rapid changes that require current information society and knowledge. Nowadays the importance for companies to become smarter using and disposing of information that is generated from models and innovation strategies and collaborative construction, with which can improve decision-making, the development of new recognized products and services managing to make active and collaborative involving employees, customers and suppliers. (Chun, (2006)). In turn, recognize such strategies as "vital" in the organization, allows these increase their value in the market, stay in the future and generate new economic capital. (Riesco, (2006). For this reason, the present work as a business practice, where the unit of analysis is the company MVM engineering of Software S.A.S. and according to proposed by Yin (1989), is intended to different strategies Crowdsourcing, with which they can incorporate knowledge flows and external capabilities, and can harness the collective intelligence available to accelerate the development process of products and services, and they can create value and competitive advantage.
