Propuesta para la implementación de un sistema de gestión De Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) para la empresa Grupo Faro S.A.S.

Abstract

Our paper includes a proposal to implement a system of management of Corporate Social Responsibility for the company SAS Group Faro. After raising a diagnosis of social responsibility practices that currently leads the company, we find that this is a company focused on implementation of this philosophy because it is focused on the welfare of their workers, brewing through the Foundation "Dreams Under Roof "housing solution for their employees and the program of" school values "thus achieving the integral development of their employees with personal growth, also for its consistency with its main customer" Levis "San Francisco is a company practitioner of this philosophy. After raising the diagnostic aim to improve compliance with this philosophy of the indicators of ISO 26000, which is who governs in Colombia, and this paper we propose to set this philosophy at Lighthouse Group.
