Resumen
This project verifies the behavior of the habitant of Medellín in its capacity as pedestrian as a case study and action including crossing a bridge, step by zebras, and respect for semaphores. The topic be addressed from the perspective of the standard National Traffic Code and their meanings, considering the different 19 variables that influence attitudes adopted by the pedestrian against the mobility tools and structures that invite you to interact with other actors on the tracks. The sectors 80, San Juan and San Diego, are the sites chosen to analyze and evaluate the behavior of pedestrians. The behavior is permeated by knowledge, understanding, likes, preferences, intention on the action, action and action replay facing the National Traffic Code. Within of the findings are evidence a little knowledge of the norm, the low use of structures and pedestrian tools, but paradoxically high levels of understanding against the purpose of the rule, its importance, what you want, and the values it defends. However, the pedestrian of Medellin is recognized offender, but, he is on the side of the penalty and the duty should be against the norm.
