This paper is a Systematic Literature Review that compares three databases: EBSCO, Scopus, and Web of Science with the concept "Creative industries" and the word "innovation". The results yielded are an overview of topics covered, the most recognized authors, publications interested in these topics, and leading countries in the implementation of the concept. There are also, some key contributions for and against the use of the concept "Creative Industry", and reflections on the meaning given to the term "innovation" are also presented.

El presente texto es una Revisión Sistemática de Literatura que contrasta tres Bases de Datos EBSCO, SCOPUS y Web of Science con el concepto "Creative industries" y la palabra "innovation". Dando como resultado un panorama de tópicos abordados, autores más reconocidos, publicaciones interesadas en el tema y países referentes en el manejo del concepto. Se presentan también algunas contribuciones clave a favor y en contra sobre el uso del concepto "Industria Creativa" y reflexiones sobre el sentido dado al término "Innovación".
