With the globalization process and the great peak of the technology and in particular the technology of information, one comes presenting a phenomenon in the organizations which are understanding and giving great importance to the process of conserving, to enrich and to share the information, knowledge, experiences and abilities that have the employees inside an organization. One can affirm that great part of the success and competitive advantage of some companies in fact owes herself to the way like he/she administers himself this knowledge. On the other hand, it has been identified that many of the organizations generate a high volume of information and knowledge, and their distribution and appropriation for all their employees, it is a transmission process (of knowledge) that has become very complicated, since many company has its dispersed knowledge and they don't have it structured neither stored appropriately so that it is used easily by all the members of the organization. As solution to this problem intends the construction of a model by heart Organizational, based on the development of some components that you/they are required in an obligatory way and that they allow to consolidate a managerial structure that at the same time facilitates the conformation of an Organizational Memory, the summary and distribution of the knowledge, allowing this way to obtain competitive advantages. It should understand each other the pattern like the matter forms of representing the reality of the installation of the knowledge that is sustained in scientific suppositions on the form like he/she is organized the organizational memory and the methods that must use you to facilitate the access to the knowledge of the organization. Inside the content of this work, an explanation is made of which were the components and because these they were considered in the proposed pattern. Component People/employee: The base of the pattern, it is composed by People/employee, these they reason with base in their experience, they use their own experience or the experience of other to obtain excellent information. This component is on the outside by heart of the pattern Organizational (MO) and it is fundamental to understand it inside the context of the pattern. The abovementioned because the proposal in fact looks for that the knowledge that at the moment is in people, don't stay there, if not that it should be shared, but it should also be registered, upgraded, disclosed and interactuar constantly with other components to the interior of an Organization like they are the Processes, Organizational Culture and Technology. People don't last in an organization, their knowledge if they should make it. Technological component: It is presented because in the companies the necessity exists of processing big volumes of information, task this impossible one of carrying out without the creation of a minimum technological infrastructure. Component Processes: All the organizations are guided to be conceived as participants of a processes, which are related among if surrendering and receiving information. Component Organizational Culture: To have the support of the directive ones and to foment in the company a culture of the knowledge allows the creation and upgrade of the memory. Likewise the company continuasly receives and gives knowledge of external entities as they are the clients, suppliers, shareholders and states. Finally it is presented a suggested methodology and some strategic actions for it for the application of the pattern.. This methodology consists on a series of stages that you should contemplate from the evaluation of the feasibility that the company develops its organizational memory until the use of the tool that implements the organizational memory.
