The following work is intended to permit assessment of the creation an entrepreneurial project, analyzed with the methodology of developing a business plan with the aim of analyzing all important variables to determine whether the project is successful or not. It first makes a description of the sector in which the company developed, identifying which products can be manufactured and marketed, once you have identified the product is developed around the market analysis of products in order to obtain basic information about target, which are competitors in the sector, which is the demand for products, competitive prices. Once this information is performed throughout the study administrative, technical, legal and obtaining the data needed to conduct economic and financial study may validate whether the project is viable or not. Finally you get the business plan identifying the strategies needed to make the project successful with income projections and financial indicators to attract investors to the project.
