The interest of this work is to have the opportunity to learn how organizations develop their corporate social responsibility programs to its employees as stakeholders, where it was concluded that the actions and strategies aimed at developing human talent in his personal life , family and social compliance activities remain legal type that are then presented as a result of an alleged social Responsibility. In order to identify what the impact of CSR programs on employees as stakeholders, shall apply deductive approach method with application of available secondary sources with the basic and necessary concepts will be clarified to familiarize the topic of study, including knowledge on Corporate Social Responsibility programs of three companies Two food sector and the financial sector, thus may identify the activities, processes and priority areas for the development and fulfillment of the overall objective of project is to determine the impact of CSR programs on the quality of working life of employees. We find in the companies under study have a high commitment to the sustainability of their organizations and to define the strategic direction have been taken into account international standards in sustainability as they are the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), which in this promptly develop through innovation specific to one of the Millennium Development Goals is to ensure environmental sustainability actions, commitments of the Global Compact of the United Nations, which applied through the principles of conduct and action on human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption, the commitments of the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio + 20), ISO 26000 guide who gives the guidelines for social responsibility, the standard of the Global Reporting Initiative ( GRI), which directs against the 54 core indicators and are organized into three dimensions : environmental, financial and social , with this information are companies working to be socially responsible with its stakeholders , but with an entire class of employees is the impact it is intended to identify , we find that They do activities and strategies with higher management which comply with those issued by the GRI . It is important to recognize the participation that these companies give employees in the construction of the shares of labor, family and social welfare that directly impact the achievement of organizational objectives to have motivated staff in work contributing from its action towards sustainability and permanence of the organization.
