Resumen
Bello, a city tailored for boys and girls. It is a commitment to the transformation of the city, focused on the development of the territories through participation mechanisms where children and adolescents are the main actors of the project. "Citizens suffer the ills of the city, but they do not seem to ask, at least explicitly, that the city change. They think that it is no longer possible, they are resigned" (Tonucci, 2006). As a solution to transformation, resignation and change, this degree paper is based on the creation of safe transit corridors, in commune 7 of the municipality of Bello, from the Educational Institutions to the homes of the children; seeks to promote child participation as a strategy to generate progress that benefits all the populations of the city, in addition to improving the perception of safety in the commune, with cultural changes, coexistence and above all with an active voice of childhood, to the community, the municipal government and why not, the national government.
