Descripción
Los grupos armados han implementado estrategias para involucrarse con la población hasta el punto de ser identificados por los pobladores como habitantes de los barrios. Los grupos armados, milicias o paramilitares, han cumplido funciones reguladoras de las relaciones sociales, implantando “sistemas” autoritarios, restrictivos y el intrusismo. Los órdenes impuestos requieren el sometimiento de los pobladores, tal como algunos lo indican: “Se acostumbran o se adaptan a vivir en aquellos”. Debido a tal situación, se pierde buena parte de la autonomía obtenida en el uso de los territorios que han sido construidos, habitados y simbolizados por sus habitantes. Es necesario destacar las implicaciones en la vida barrial, organizativa y familiar, que presenta cambios y permanencias durante el proceso del conflicto armado. Tanto en el barrio, en las organizaciones comunitarias, como en la familia, una de las implicaciones más relevantes es el desplazamiento forzado intraurbano
