Análisis situacional de la política pública departamental de juventud de Antioquia “PEDJ 2006-2015” en desarrollo de la “línea de acción 5 vinculación de los jóvenes al mundo laboral” en la ciudad de Medellín para el período 2006-2014

Abstract

The present work represents a situational analysis to the public departmental politics of youth of Antioch " PEDJ 2006-2015 " in development of the " line of action 5. Entail of the young persons to the labor world " in the city of Medellin for the period 2006-2014. As follow-up to a strategy that propitiates a suitable insertion of the young persons in the socioeconomic area. This population presents restrictions to complete an ideal process of accumulation of the human and social capital that allows him to be inserted on the labor market in favorable conditions. The principal aim consists of analyzing the incorporation of the Young persons to the labor world and other social actors linked to the implementation and execution of the public Politics of youth of Antioch, as strategy that guarantees the traffic of the young persons to the labor and productive world in conditions of quality, stability, and special protection in the aspects that are needed. The lines of action place in the dimensions of share capital, education and labor market and productive insertion.
