Estudio de factibilidad financiera de un cultivo de aguacate en el municipio de Granada para la empresa CULTIVAR 2000 S.A.S.

Abstract

This document is undertaken in order to financially evaluate a crop of Hass avocados, the company owned CULTIVAR 2.000 SAS, on the farm LA Florida, located in the municipality of Granada, Antioquia. This crop is underway and so the idea of assessment is done by evaluating, taking into account the results obtained during the previous two years, since the crop during this time has not reached the stage of maturity, and having also that was not carried out a financial assessment before starting the project. Based on two years of operation, analyzed as a pilot pre-operational, financial projections will be made taking into account macroeconomic assumptions and uncertainty in crop production subject to seasonal weather. Based on these elements will be completed on the financial and project risk to the continuity decision-making.
