Implicaciones del cambio entre regímenes pensionales para los cotizantes del sistema de seguridad social en Colombia : estudio a partir del traslado entre regímenes a la luz del derecho al mínimo vital y móvil

Abstract

This article seeks to establish the implications of the change between pension regimes for contributors to the social security system in Colombia, a study based on the transfer between regimes in the light of the right to the minimum vital and mobile income. For this purpose, a documentary, theoretical-practical and hermeneutic study methodology was followed. Based on this, it was obtained as a result that the population's right to the vital and mobile minimum is affected, due to the lack of information provided by the pension fund insurers at the time of the transfer, since when they transfer, their pension is minimal, leaving as the only mechanism to annul such transfer if they do not comply with the requirements established in Law 100 of 1993, the ordinary labor lawsuit.
