Formación para la gestión efectiva de recursos públicos mediante la participación ciudadana y propuesta de modificación a la normativa vigente para esa participación

Abstract

It is intended through this research to contribute to public management, through the formation of the community for effective participation in the planning of the use of public resources. Many factors affect the effectiveness of social participation in public planning, for example, the peaceful resolution of conflicts, spatial management, normative management, peaceful coexistence and participatory planning, among others. However, of all of them, training for participation is perhaps the most critical of all and it is to which this work responds, proposing a micro curricular design to make it a reality and a legal modification to Decree 0697 of 2017, article 13, which regulates the requirements to be a representative to the Communal or Correctional Planning Council (CCCP).
