Elaboración de hoja de ruta para la creación de la política pública en participación en el municipio de Abejorral-Antioquia

Abstract

This academic work aims to develop a roadmap for the creation of public policy on citizen participation for the municipality of Abejorral in order to meet one of the objectives of its development plan. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, a search was carried out in different databases to later expose some basic concepts such as public policy and citizen participation given by different authors and scholars of these issues. Subsequently, the direct relationship that these two concepts have was raised. On the other hand, the different advantages and limitations of citizen participation in governments and their public policies were described and, later, a chronological account of this concept was prepared from the Political Constitution of Colombia from 1991 to 2020. Finally, the conclusions drawn from the theories exposed.
