The Art of the War is the best book of strategies of all the time, with more than two thousand five hundred years written by the Chinese Sun tzu, is inspired in some historical figures like Napoleon, Machiavelli, Mao Tse Tung between others, where not only it allows to know the former military practices adopted in those times, helps us to identify the supreme strategy to apply with wisdom the knowledge of the human nature in the moments of confrontation of any organization, to understand the origins of every conflict and to look for the solution or victory, where the major legacy is " the best victory is to win without fighting ", Sun Tzu says to us, " and that one is the distinction between the prudent man and the ignoramus ". With this we look make awareness that the principal strategy of a company is: to capture his own market. The company must define the markets at which it will point and his aim must be promise to reach a relative domain over they. On the company having done it he will assure his survival and prosperity, where we will focus in 4 chapters: • Chapter I. The art of the war, analysis and approximation to his thirteen chapters: • Chapter II. Knowledge and I diagnose of the current context of the strategies implemented nowadays in the company Farmacontrol S.A. • Chapter III. Construction of the strategies of managerial management based on the art of the war and in order to be able to implement them in the company Farmacontrol S.A • Chapter IV. Precedents, definition and offer gives the administrative strategies and of management to be implemented in the company Farmacontrol S.A.
