Evaluación financiera del proyecto de construcción de un laboratorio de alevinos en el departamento de Córdoba

Abstract

A financial evaluation is necessary to be carried out to establish the viability of constructing a laboratory in which to reproduce and raise the Alevinos in order to prevent the population from eating the contaminated fish in the illegal mining zone which is causing irreversible deformation in the development of the intrauterine and early stages of human life. The financial evaluation of the Project shall take into account different financial methods, such as the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and the Recovery Period of Investment (RPI), which could be applied and will be a starting point to make an informed decision. With the implementation of these methods it is expected that a sensitivity analysis of the complete project scenarios for the investor with the critical variables will be able to determine the financial viability of the construction of the laboratory of Alevinos in the department of Cordoba.
