| eng |
| dc.description | The article describes the creation of a web sales platform with the implementation of data analysis and visualization tools, and the use of an Artificial Intelligence Chatbot. The aim was to provide a practical solution that would improve customer service and promote business efficiency through informed decision-making at ABBIS SAS. The applied methodology followed a structured approach based on the MVC (Model-View-Controller) model and the ETL (Extraction, Transformation, Load) process. The project was divided into several stages: project structuring, website migration, chatbot development, and integration of data analytics tools. Using the SCRUM methodology, partial deliveries of the final product were achieved, allowing for continuous adjustments and improvements based on customer needs. The platform enabled cost reduction, faster response times to customer needs, and the fostering of more productive businesses, which, in turn, will strengthen ABBIS’s competitiveness in the market. Finally, the results of this applied research exercise will serve as a reference for other companies to develop their own technological platforms for data analysis and customer profiling, aligned with consumption patterns. This approach will contribute to the growth and continued success of companies in an increasingly data-oriented environment with changing consumer needs. | spa |
