Triaxial Soluciones Creativas Ltda., es una empresa que presta servicios para adaptar, amoblar y decorar espacios, utilizando materiales como madera, acrílico, metal y otros, a la que se le formulan una serie de estrategias con base en un diagnóstico matricial para establecer su direccionamiento estratégico y proporcionar de esta manera un direccionamiento que permita la sostenibilidad de su actual crecimiento, aprovechando sus fortalezas en talento humano y capacitación y las oportunidades de demanda y potencialidad del mercado. En este trabajo se planten los objetivos para su direccionamiento y se formulan estrategias generales y alternativas de tipo administrativo, organizacional, productivo-operativo y comercial y financiero.
