Abstract

The real and potential users of health systems in Colombia, in the services way access encounter multiple barriers, due to various shortcomings that this system presents. To support user needs in this issue of access, established in 2006, the RASA Foundation, who offered free to the community, enforcement mechanisms, access and protection of their rights in health. This graduation work, aims to add value by designing a modular tool to facilitate the implementation of Bank projects to improve processes and be a reference for other organizations dedicated to ensuring the well-being of individuals, by virtue of its social object oriented rights protection in health, in addition is performed to opt for the Title of Specialist in Management from the University of Medellin. In order to understand the needs of the RASA Foundation, will be essential to know and have a proper management of organization theory; having clear descriptive aspect that suggests what should be done to improve various aspects of the company, in this case the need to design a project bank. The paper is structured as follows: Regarding Theory, Context of the Rasa Foundation Design of a Modular Tool (Introduction, Objectives, Resources, Methods and Procedures, Evaluation and Monitoring, Process Manager, Structural Budgetary), Conclusions and Recommendations.
