dc.descriptionThis paper to analyze the constitutional relevance of Judgement T-452 of 2022, where the jurisprudence related to the right to freedom of expression is reiterated, and the special analysis that this requires when it is framed in the exercise of feminist journalism, recognized by the Constitutional Court as a discourse endowed with reinforced constitutional protection, as it’s a clear form of elimination of gender-based violence. In the same way, to analyze the scope of the right to free expression when it´s faced with the rights to honor and a good name, establishing the reasons why it is preferred in the instances where it implies the claim of rights. Women´s rights. Likewise, will be analyzed as a form of intimidation and self-censorship of the journalistic exercise when it is intended through jurisdiction, to silence statements that are of public interest since they manifest gender-based violence. © 2025 Universidad Externado de Colombia.
