Estudio de prefactibilidad de la evaluación económica para la escogencia de la mejor alternativa en el trazado de servidumbres de paso de líneas de transmisión eléctrica en cualquier región de Colombia

Abstract

Currently, Empresas Públicas de Medellín ESP is in process of expansion and internationalization, in the processes of transmission and distribution of electricity power to other countries in Latin America, taking advantage of the participation in the electricity sector has, since the supply of energy that can offer as a result of the new power generation plants that are being developed. So, the number of currently existing easements for the passage of the lines of power transmission must be broadened to cause the passage of new circuits and / or potential causes of system reconfigurations. In turn, new easements for the passage of electric transmission lines, must be legally constituted, because it is nonexistent governing easements as a result of new power generation projects. Founded on the above, it is important to develop a matrix to improve the economic evaluation of the servient tenement compensation process for the creation of easements pass electric transmission lines, which include environmental variables, social and physical, to perform the analysis from the economic standpoint.
