The formation of an entrepreneur is a process in which a number of variables involved social, cultural, psychological and economic contribution, with a set of specific expertise to develop a set of skills that employers seek to ensure that this training has high probability to become a successful entrepreneur, capable of generating wealth and social development over its life. This research approach it as objective to evaluate at the University of Medellin, attitudes towards entrepreneurship graduates of university students who have accessed resources from the Seed Capital Revolving Fund and the impact they have had university academic programs, decision of its graduates to become entrepreneurs and / or to generate new projects that strengthen the business and contribute to socio-economic development through the creation of new organizations. This paper seeks to formulate general elements that Business Training program can generate discussion about options and refer them to the various programs must undertake to make available education and training program that is viable for the University and its students, as well analyze the characteristics of entrepreneurs program participants from the dimensions of entrepreneurship and its level of business success.
