Resumen
This article focuses on the teaching process in distance education during the quarantine by Covid-19 in the San Joaquín de las Ánimas Educational Institutions – Unión Panamericana and the Matías Trespalacios Agricultural Technical – Cértegui, 2020-2021, with the purpose of knowing the influence of the teaching process in distance education that took place during that period, allowing the observation of some of the difficulties that teachers and students faced when carrying out their activities synchronously. To this extent, the research is part of a qualitative approach, whose method is the study of multiple cases. The analysis techniques were participant observation, documentary analysis and semi-structured interview, and these were built from the field diary, documentary analysis sheet and the interview script, as collection instruments. The population under study was made up of eight people, divided into two groups of two teachers and two students for each of the Educational Institutions. In this way, the results allowed the recognition of the possibilities or difficulties that teachers and students had when using the technological tools in the teaching process, where the multiple situations in terms of connectivity and use of technological tools were evidenced.
