Direccionamiento estratégico de la secretaría de cultura ciudadana de Medellín

Abstract

The present monograph looks for to document the importance of the strategy of the direction of the Secretariat of Citizen Culture of the Mayorship of Medellin like integrating axis that allows to create spaces of citizen participation and social development. In the investigation we are going to develop contents like antecedents of the cultural management in Medellin, analysis of the cultural management and proposal of address of the Secretariat of Citizen Culture of the city of Medellin. Also we will relate the main cultural manifestations and the great events of the City, the infrastructure whereupon counts the Mayorship to support the development culture and the Government and his paper in the culture.
