In the present era of knowledge, the distinguishing feature among organizations, is the competitive spirit of the people who conform them human talent hen, becomes the most valuable asset that an organization possesses. Management gain importance withing those organizations who view individual and collective learning as strategic guidelines for development. Internally, they emphasize on the job and create opportunities for personal development, and externally, they differentiate into markets and/or services to be provided. Therefore, they define themselves as a variable that leverages the achievement of the goal and objectives of the organization. This competency model, identifies, analyzes and implements a cycle of management skills the develops in a coherent manner which is consistent with the organizations strategy, evaluating and identifying the skills required by the Human Talent for the care of such.
