Proposal of creation of human resources department at valuation fund of Medellín town, (from Spanish “Fonvalmed”), is the result of diagnosis made in order to identify the existing human resources procedures. Once human being leading role is conceived in management and organization to achieve social and financial success. To develop work, relevant aspects have to be identified by using methodological instruments such a, Questionnaires, interviews, and observation of activities where managers interact with the rest of the staff. As a result and having into account that Fonvalmed does not have a human resources department, profiles, administrative process, and procedures have to be design in order to allow company to manage and coordinate all the activities related to Recruitment, selection, hiring, linkage, payment, training, employees well-being, and evaluation of results.
