Despliegue y alineación estratégica para la regional noroccidente del Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses

Abstract

In the following research project: “deployment and strategic alignment for the northwest regional of the National Institute of forensic medicine and forensic science”, we propose the use of a balanced scorecard as a management tool that allows direct actions across the organization through alignment of the mission, vision, policies and objectives, using performance indicators to drive strategies and create value over time. With the balanced scorecard, we intend to channel the energies, skills and knowledge of all employees of the Institute to achieve strategic objectives. With the development of this management tool is expected to help the Northwest regional to take the strategy to the most basic levels of the organization. The implementation of balanced scorecard may display the effectiveness of corporate strategy from four perspectives: Customer, Process, financial and learning and growth. This allows a balance between short-and long-term objectives.
