This work on bullying has had a special motivation from the experience in different companies where it has had the opportunity to provide professional services as an employee , as is being told, interest in an issue of workplace bullying has a lot of fears, abuse, complaints, comments hallway and a passivity on the part of the authorities, a lack of understanding that make the sufferer and an almost complete absence from the academy works to inform, question, comment, teaching and communicating a simple and entertaining a standard that most unknown officials and therefore not applicable. A Primer with imaginative drawings of abuse, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, synonyms that lead employees to think that sometime in working life all employees have suffered harassment harmful pathology, which in some way victims have participated as subjects of a boss or a colleague demonstrates the need to look at the issue in order to gather more information about the presence of this ghost that haunts in companies.
