The present investigation, that it got for principal objective the design and implementation of a didactic unity to contribute to the mathematic process and the resolution of problems and it´s communication, starting from the teaching and learning of the analysis of bar graphics and circulate ones from the perspective of the APOE theory, creates a design of genetic decomposition from the same theory perspective, whit it have been pretended a conceptual framework of support to the unity of teaching and learning able to put on interaction a very valuable theory to the mathematic knowledge, like the APOE theory and it´s genetic decomposition, and very practical to the moment of implementation In the class didactics. With this, he wanted to improve and contribute to the bar and circulate graphics knowledge trough a methodological action interaction process that propitiate inside the units, in this case questionnaires workshops, reasoning and argumentation in the practice starting from the analyze of bar and circulate graphics. The project became possible picking, inside the notion of the questionnaires workshops the mental structures and the interiorization mechanism. Both, provided from the mentioned theory. The questionnaires and the workshops are becoming into a didactic unity that allows the throwing of data to the analysis of the investigation performed from the perspective of the genetic decomposition. Data that are collected through the triangulation technique and the designed tools for the data collection, results grid. With all this investigative process, different conclusions were reached, one of them is that was possible to observe the mental structures used by the students during their learning of the analysis of bar and circulate graphics and how they interact whit their interiorization mechanism, further, can be observe the progress of the good analysis of the same, despite that it was not able of completely resolve the interference problematic inside of the learning process in operations and mathematic statistic reading for the circulate graphics presented in the school group picked to the investigation.
