Importancia de la ley de asociaciones público – privadas (APP) en los proyectos de infraestructura vial en Colombia

Abstract

Public – Private Partnerships (PPP) were developed with the goal to give the country more dynamism in its development, nevertheless, after 3 years of operating, the results aren’t what was expected due to multiple factors that will be analyzed in this monograph. With this work is expected to make public the importance and the role that PPP play in the development of the road infrastructure, the main characteristics and its effect over the economy. In the road infrastructure field, is considered these projects’ current state and the reasons that explain why hasn’t had meaningful advances in this field, despite of it projects was expected to give a dynamism to the road infrastructure development. To finish, conclusions and recommendations will be suggested in order to get the advance that can’t be accomplished at this stage in this kind of projects.
