This project seeks to understand the urgency of change management in organizations with people, so that they have adequate tools to leaders implement changes in the different processes that occur in companies, for example to complete and investigate the problems like the resistance to change. This work may find the stages through which passes the organization to adapt to change and how to use the appropriate attachments and tools to face properly: This project will take place between the second half of 2014 and the first half of 2015, at this time the project will focus on a general objective that is: Design a guide according to the nature of change management, in order that organizations have the tools to make the appropriate management which involves change and to achieve this will work on the following specific objectives: Identify through the literature review, the barriers that may come before the adoption of a process of change in organizations. Define how the change management process works, identifying the elements of the process to carry out. To fulfill the objectives: we will seek, collect and analyze information on books, journal articles and documents from the Internet for a more detailed understanding that implies all crucial aspects of managing change in organizations. This will be done through a semantic map that can display the determining factors and tools recommended giving the importance of change management.
